Customer service manager contacted us and arranged for an alternative installer to attend and fix the issued

Our issues have now been resolved after posting on numerous social media sites. Shame it took so long and required public shaming for action to happen.

Kitchen connection supplied the kitchen cabinetry and installer. The installer was absolutely hopeless requiring rectification work as well as causing damage to skirting boards etc that Kitchen Connection takes no responsibility for.

After complaints to Kitchen Connection an alternative installer was sent to remedy the work, this installer was 100% better in resolving the issues however that took a complete day which meant we had to take a day off work to allow access to our premises.

We paid a higher amount for a pearl effect door colouring however one door had to be replaced due to imperfections and the replacement door was not a pearl effect but a solid white. When we advised the Customer Support Manager he told us he would arrange a replacement. It's now been over 4 weeks since inspection of the work and we have not been advised of whether it's been ordered, when it's to be replaced etc.

As for contacting the Customer Support Officer, why supply a mobile phone number for them when they don't answer and only reply via text after the customer initiates contacts. There is no communication from the Customer Support Officer (the use of support in that title is a joke as there isn't any support) as to the state of the remedy work leaving you wondering if they have just given you lip service and hope you go away without fixing the issues.

Kitchen Connections contact is excellent in relation to requesting payments prior to delivery and installation, but once you've paid up they fail in every way to provide the sort of contact and service you'd expect for the money you pay.

My advise is to search kitchen suppliers reviews on customer service to pick a company as Kitchen Connection only gives a stuff about getting your money up front then from that point on they couldn't care less about their customers.

Use a smaller owner operated business as I'm sure they'd give far better service as their business depends on it.

Product or Service Mentioned: Kitchen Connection Installation.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Rectify the issue in a timely manner and provide customer updates of progress.

I liked: Product.

I didn't like: Installation and post payment service.
